Our team supports The University of Toledo Division of Advancement in strategizing, planning and executing high-level events to support the philanthropic efforts and overall mission of the University.
All events should accomplish one or more of the following: engage UToledo alumni,
recognize our dedicated supporters, and highlight the achievements of our UToledo
faculty, staff, and students. Advancement Events also develops and implements appropriate
University-wide opportunities for donors and potential donors to connect with University
stakeholders.

Request Form Tip! Have the following details prepared before completing our Assistance
Request Form:
- Requester Information: Contact details for the primary event contact.
- Event Details: Essential information about the event, including date, time and description.
- Audio/Visual Needs: Determine AV requirements. We'll ask follow-up questions about specific equipment needs.
- Catering Needs: Meal requirements including dietary restrictions and preferences.
