Public Records Requests
The University of Toledo Foundation (“Foundation”) is governed by Ohio Public Records Act, section 149.43 of the Revised Code (“Public Records Act”). The maintenance of public records shall be done in accordance with the Foundation’s records retention schedule and Record Retention Policy.
Making a Request
To facilitate a timely response, all requesters seeking records should submit requests
to the Records Manager at The University of Toledo Foundation, 4510 Dorr Street, Mail
Stop 820, Toledo, OH 43615-4040. Requests may be made in person, by telephone or in
writing (including e-mail at UTFPublicRecords@utoledo.edu).
The designated Records Manager will be responsible for working with Foundation employee(s) to ensure prompt response to public records requests.
